Liner paper (LP)

 The paper that is manufactured 100% from recycled paper is called the Liner Paper. It is also called the Brown paper, and Semi-Kraft paper. It is used in the external layer or inside the package (depending on the applications of the produced carton).

Typically, 3 types of paper are used in the production of carton. Testliner paper for the outer layer, Fluting paper for the middle layer, and Liner for the inner layer.

Its strength is average compared to that of fluting paper and Tesliliner paper types and is among the most commonly used types.

Liner paper is usually 160-240cm in terms of width and weights 130-200 g/m². It is mainly used in the production of three-layered and five-layered carton types.

KPIC manufactures the Testliner paper from recycled paper in the grammage of 115-130 g/m² and the width of up to 3m.
